- Details about the job you send us, such as the service needed and a description
- Basic technical data from your visit, such as browser type, used to keep the site working

- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote
- To arrange, carry out and invoice the work
- To keep records we're legally required to keep
We don't sell your details, and we only contact you about your enquiry or job.
Legal basis
We process your details because you asked us for a quote or service (taking steps to enter a contract), and where needed to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Only trusted providers that help us run the business, such as our website, form and customer management systems, who process data on our behalf and keep it secure.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead are kept for up to 12 months. Customer and invoice records are kept for as long as the law requires, usually six years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, object to how we use them, or ask us to restrict their use. Email thetreefellowes@outlook.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
